AI automation studio and a recruitment workflow product prototype
Sartor is a side venture set up to test and deliver practical AI automation for small and mid-sized businesses. Its first product prototype, Clerkwell, targets recruitment work: reading CVs against job requirements, searching a candidate database and finding companies that are hiring.
I built a reusable delivery framework covering discovery, workflow design, approval, logging, alerts and reporting. I designed Clerkwell as a multi-user recruitment workflow and produced the application with Claude Code, on FastAPI and the Claude API. Alongside it, I built an AI-assisted prospecting workflow with trigger signals, ICP filters and CRM routing, with UK GDPR and cold-email considerations built into the process.
Clerkwell reads and ranks CVs against job requirements, searches an agency's candidate database and identifies hiring companies for business development. The Sartor studio site is live.
